The Parents & Friends Association (P&F) is an integral part of the school community. The association provides a chance to engage with and enhance the educational experience of your child/children. Every parent is welcome to participate in the P&F and there are many ways to become involved including:
P&F meetings are held monthly on a Friday, following the morning Awards Assembly, with the date and venue advised in the school newsletter and on our website. These meetings allow you to find out what is happening at school and make suggestions or raise any concerns that may exist. Parents work together with the Principal and staff to help make the school experience a memorable one for every child.
During the year we hold a number of fundraising activities including raffles, Mother's Day and Father's Day stalls and other large-scale events. Your help is always welcome and greatly appreciated. Our fundraising efforts have been able to provide air conditioning in classrooms, books, classroom and school-wide resources and technological needs. Our latest efforts will contribute to the development of outdoor, creative play spaces and landscaping.
By working in collaboration with the school community, we as parents can help enhance the learning of our children at St Patrick's. So, come and join us and remember - YOUR VOICE MATTERS!
